Returns

We do not accept returns once items have been shipped. Due to the nature of sealed Pokemon products, all sales are final after shipping.
Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, and the damage appears to be due to packaging issues rather than delivery-related mishandling, please contact us immediately at info@PoKevoTCG.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you're satisfied with your purchase.
Cancellations

We accept cancellations up until the time of shipping. Cancellations are subject to a 6% restocking fee to cover processing costs. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
