Returns

• We do not accept returns once items have been shipped. Due to the nature of sealed Pokemon products, all sales are final after shipping.

 

Damaged Items

• If your item arrives damaged, and the damage appears to be due to packaging issues rather than delivery-related mishandling, please contact us immediately at info@PoKevoTCG.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you're satisfied with your purchase.

Cancellations

• We accept cancellations up until the time of shipping. Cancellations are subject to a 6% restocking fee to cover processing costs. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
