Processing Time
We strive to ship all orders the same day they are received. Orders placed later in the day may ship the next business day, depending on processing volume and carrier pickup schedules.

Shipping Locations
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment location in Maryland, USA. We currently ship within the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Address Requirements
We do not ship to mail drop addresses (e.g., UPS Store, PO boxes used for forwarding) or freight forwarding services. Orders placed using these types of addresses will be canceled and refunded.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most packages are delivered within 2–5 business days after shipment.

Tracking Information
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
